Up to 500 rows per upload, 1 credit per row deducted up front, failed rows can be retried, and every row opens as a normal screening result with its own report.

How it works
One upload, many ordinary screenings

Upload a CSV or start from the template
The batch page accepts a .csv and lets you download a template. Columns are mapped to name, entity type and country; the type defaults to a person when the column is blank. Duplicate names in the file are counted so you can see them before you spend credits.

Credits are reserved in one step
The whole batch is charged atomically: 1 credit per row. If the balance is short, the request is refused with the number needed and nothing is queued. A usage record and an audit event are written for the batch.

One screening per row, all queued
Every row becomes its own screening record tagged with the batch, then each is handed to the screening worker. Rows run as ordinary screenings: the same sources, the same identity gate, the same AI council, the same trace.

Progress is live
The batch page shows a progress bar of completed plus failed rows over the total, with per-row status. You can leave and come back; the batch keeps going.

Results are ordinary results
A completed row opens as a full screening result page with the findings table, the ownership graph, Engine Trace and a PDF download. From there a hit can be opened as a case.

The batch page lists each upload with its file name, total rows, a progress bar and a status. Rows show their own status and risk level as they complete, and a retry failed screenings action re-queues the ones that did not finish.
Clicking a row opens the standard screening result: verdict, findings with the per-judge breakdown, ownership graph, sources panel and PDF. An Open Case button on the result moves a hit into the cases workflow.
Batches sit under the Batch item in the app navigation next to Screenings, Entities, Monitors, Alerts and Cases.
Why it matters to a regulator
Book-wide screening with row-level evidence
Periodic re-screening of an entire client book is a standing expectation. The weakness of most batch tools is that the output is a spreadsheet of yes or no, with no evidence behind each cell. Here every row is a complete screening: its own source record, its own exclusions, its own score with the judges' votes, its own PDF.
The batch itself is audited: creation is logged with the file name and row count, credits are charged as a single recorded transaction, and failures stay visible until retried.

Frequently asked questions
What format does the CSV need?
A header row plus one line per subject. The uploader maps your columns to name, entity type and country; a template is available from the batch page. Entity type accepts person or company and common synonyms such as individual or organisation.
How many rows can I upload at once?
500 per upload. Larger books are split into several batches. Each row costs 1 credit, so a 500-row batch needs 500 credits available before it starts.
What happens if some rows fail?
Failed rows are marked on the batch page and can be retried from there. A failed row is not silently marked clean.
Can I do this by API instead?
Yes. The public API screens one subject per call and returns an id to poll, so a loop over your file gives the same result. See the API page for request shapes and error codes.
